By accessing or using the website located at redondobeachsunroomcontractor.com, requesting a quote, entering into a service agreement, or engaging Redondo Beach Sunrooms & Patios ("we," "us," or "our") for any work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Redondo Beach Sunrooms & Patios is a Sunroom Contractor serving residential customers in Redondo Beach, CA and surrounding South Bay communities. Our services include sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, solarium installation, patio cover installation, and related outdoor living construction and remodeling.
All services are subject to site conditions, permit requirements, and the specific terms set out in a written project contract signed by both parties before work begins. No work will commence without a signed contract and the applicable deposit in place.
All estimates provided - whether verbal, written, or submitted through our website form - are preliminary and non-binding until a formal written proposal is reviewed and signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time and are subject to change if site conditions, materials, permit fees, or scope of work differ from what was originally described.
Final pricing is set in the written project contract. Any changes to scope, materials, or design requested after the contract is signed may result in a written change order that adjusts the contract price. No additional work will be performed without a signed change order.
Project start dates depend on permit approval timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will provide an estimated start date in your project contract, but that date may shift due to factors outside our control, including permit review delays, weather, or supplier lead times. We will notify you promptly if the schedule changes.
If you wish to cancel a signed contract before work begins, you must notify us in writing. Any deposit paid may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the costs already incurred for permitting, design work, and materials ordered. The specific cancellation terms are set out in your project contract.
If work has already begun, cancellation will be subject to a payment for work completed and materials purchased to that point, plus any reasonable costs incurred in connection with winding down the project. We will provide a written accounting upon request.
Payment terms, including deposit amounts and payment milestones, are specified in the written project contract. Deposits are typically required before permit applications are submitted and before materials are ordered. Additional payments are due at defined milestones throughout the project.
Final payment is due upon project completion and satisfactory completion of the final walkthrough. Invoices not paid within the time specified in the contract may be subject to late fees as set out in that contract.
We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payments are overdue. A mechanics lien may be filed against the property for unpaid balances in accordance with California law.
We obtain all required building permits for the work covered by your contract. Permit fees are included in or added to the project price as specified in the contract. The homeowner is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible for city inspections and for addressing any conditions not caused by our work that may prevent a permit from being issued or an inspection from passing.
Any warranties on workmanship provided by Redondo Beach Sunrooms & Patios are limited to what is expressly stated in the written project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products installed as part of your project are passed through to you and are governed by the terms of the applicable manufacturer.
We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in the written contract. We do not warrant that our services will meet every expectation or that the completed work will be entirely free of minor cosmetic variations inherent to custom construction.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to sales@redondobeachsunroomcontractor.com within the warranty period specified in your contract.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including any known HOA restrictions, easements, underground utilities, or existing structural conditions that may affect the project. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from conditions you did not disclose.
You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal property, vehicles, and obstructions before the project start date. Failure to do so may delay the project and could result in additional scheduling fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage beyond the direct scope of our work, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We ask that you contact us first if you have a concern about any work we have performed. Most issues can be resolved quickly when we hear about them directly. Please reach out to us at sales@redondobeachsunroomcontractor.com or by calling (424) 999-1971.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or in the courts of California, in accordance with the governing law section below.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or from services provided by Redondo Beach Sunrooms & Patios shall be brought in the courts located in California.
